Cookie Policy

A cookie is a tiny file send by a web server (eg Juvela.co.uk) and stored on your computer/ tablet / phone. The information is then sent back to the web server each time you visit. This enables the web server to identify and remember you and the last times you visited.

We use both “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies on the website. We will use the session cookies to keep track of you whilst you navigate the website and we will use the persistent cookies to enable our website to recognise you when you visit.

__utma Used to distinguish users and sessions. The cookie is created when

the javascript library executes and no existing __utma cookies exists.

The cookie is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.

__utmt Used to throttle request rate.
__utmb Used to determine new sessions/visits. The cookie is created when

the javascript library executes and no existing __utmb cookies exists.

The cookie is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.

__utmc Cookie operates in conjunction with the __utmb cookie to determine whether the user was in a new session/visit.
__utmz Stores the traffic source or campaign that explains how the user

reached your site. The cookie is created when the javascript library

executes and is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.

 

Private session

If you do not wish websites to store cookies on your device, you can start a private session in your web browser.

Cookies set in private sessions are held temporarily in memory, separate from regular window cookies, and discarded at the end of your private session.
